Fast, ergonomic and user friendly: The HSG Handheld Welder
The HSG Handheld Welder was designed for lower volume production runs and custom assembly of vacuum formed or blow molded products as well as repair and work on large injection molded parts.
It is a cost effective approach to applications such as staking, swaging, spot welding and inserting.
1. Ergonomically correct base unit
2. The lightweight HSG Handheld Welder was designed with emphasis on operator safety and offers nearly effortless production that your operators will surely appreciate.
3. Two in one: The handle with an integrated pistol type grip slips quickly and easily over the converter housing of the base unit without the need for modifications or rewiring.
4. A central compressed-air supply for cooling the sonotrode and the converter can be attached.
5. Customized design of the sonotrode according to specifications
6. A variety of generator power levels and weld contriol configurations allows you to choose the HSG system to fit your specific benefits.
7. As the table below shows, four different generators are available.
8. Our state-of-the-art HSG digital control 1000 system with integrated time, energy, and power control capabilities is perfect for minimizing the inconsistencies inherent in most manual operations. This intelligent technology provides superior and more consistant results.
